NO.1 - About the 5 Washing Modes
Hermitlux countertop dishwasher provides 5 washing modes. Each mode comes with a drying program (except fruit mode). In general, you don't need to select an additional drying program. NO.2 - About the Detergent
Please remember to use a dishwasher detergent with your Hermitlux Countertop Dishwasher. This is so important! Regular dish detergent is not suitable for this dishwasher, as too much foam can cause it to leak and the spray arms won't turn.
NO.3 - About the Hard Water
If you have hard water, you may find some white residue on your dishes after washing. Please use a detergent with a water softener function. And if you have hard water, we suggest you wash glassware with fruit mode and dry it by hand. If you dry it with the dishwasher, you may find the glassware with white residue.
NO.4 - About the Pre-wash
Actually, you don’t need to pre-wash the dishes when using a Hermitlux Countertop Dishwasher. But it’s better to get rid of the large food residue on tableware to avoid blocking the water hose.
NO.5 - About the Size
